Combine bananas, sugar, yogurt, margarine, vanilla extract, egg and egg white in a larger bowl; beat at medium spped of an electric mixer until well blended. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; stir in pecans. Add flour mixture to banana mixture stirring until just moistened. Bake for one hour and five minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes in pan on a wire rack; remove from pan and cool completelyon wire rack.
