Scoop out bread from rolls to make a trough on either side.
Toast rolls.
Grill steaks until done and drain very well.
Grill onions, mushrooms, and green peppers until light gold.
Lay out rolls and layer from one end to the other-
steak, Swiss, Steak, Mozzeralla, Steak, Cheddar.
Depending on the size you want, you can add another layer.
Add onion,mushroom, pepper mixture down the center of the roll.
Add slice of swiss, mozzeralla, and cheddar.
Broil for a few minutes until cheese melts and just begins to brown.
Crumble bacon and mix with chopped jalepenos.
Sprinkle mixture down the center of the bun.
