juice of 1 lemon

red pepper

Instructions |

Blend beans in blender until smooth. Add tahinia and lemon juice.

Drizzle in olive oil until it reaches the consistency you would like.

Stir in seasonings to taste.

Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, diced red onions, olives and a sprinkle of paprika.
