Preheat oven to 350 degrees Bake. Peel potatoes and cut into 1 inch cubes. Fill large pot with water to cover potatoes, and boil. Cook potatoes until done, tender when pierced with a fork.

Drain water, add butter to potatoes, and beat using an electric mixer until smooth. Be careful to get all lumps from corners of pot.

|
Add all other ingredients, beat until well blended. Spray bottom of a large casserole, or coat bottom with butter/margarine.

|
Spread potatoes into casserole. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
