1/4 c. butter - (1/4 c. melted butter, for crunchier)
1/2 c. flour or (1 c. cornflake crumbs , for crunchier)
1 t. paprika
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
3 to 3 1/2 lb. cut-up chicken
Instructions
Heat oven to 425. Melt 1/4c. butter in 13x9, in oven.
Mix flour (or cornflakes), paprika, salt and pepper. Coat chicken with flour mixture. (For crunchy chicken, dip chicken into 1/4 c. melted butter before rolling in mixture.) Place chicken, skin side down, in pan.
Bake uncovered 30 min. Turn chicken; bake about 30 min longer or until juice is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.
