Cook ground chuck, onion, cottage cheese and set aside. Process diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and green chiles in a food processor.
Spoon 2-3 Tablespoons in each tortilla - top with tomato mixture then add 1 1/2 Tablespoons cheese - Roll up and put into a 9 X 13 inch baking dish with seam side down. Pour remaining tomato mixture over top with cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
