Combine- all dry ingredients, seasoning, shredded parm and herbs. Brush both sides of tilapia with butter. Coat in breading mix,. Press down to completely cover.
Preheat skillet to med-high. Add 2 tbls veg oil and butter. Heat until butter is melted and bubbles. Sauté until golden about 3 min. turn and repeat. Add more butter and oil as necessary.
to toast peacans before chopping preheat a dry skillet over med heat add pecans, toss every couple min until browned and fragrant. 6 mins.
