2 large baking potates (cut in 1/2 then into 1/4 inch slices)
2 cups kale, chopped
1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
Brown sausage in large saucepan. Cook until browned. Remove from pan
and drain.
Cook bacon and onion over medium heat until onions are almost clear.
Add garlic to onions and bacon and cook additional minute. Add chicken
broth and potatoes. Simmer 15 minutes or until potatoes are done. Add
sausage, kale and cream. Simmer 4 minutes. Serve.
