Pound chicken...Place slice of proscuitto and slice of provolone...Roll...Dip int egg and then breadcrumbs...Fry on both sides.
Sauce...Heat chicken broth, wine, mushrooms...Simmer...Add cream..Mix cornstarch in water and slowly add and stir till thick. Pour 1/2 over chicken and bake at 350 for 20 min.. Serve with sauce on side
