1 lb Bob Evans original recipe sausage (red and white roll)
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp oregano
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 lb diced Velveeta cheese
Cocktail rye bread
Instructions
Brown meat and spices.
Add cheese, mix until melted into meat mixture.
Put 1 tsp on each cocktail rye square.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Can also freeze - put cookie sheet immediately into freezer (before baking) then transfer to freezer storage containers.
