In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, mayo and sour cream until smooth.
Spread on a pizza pan or serving dish. Refrigerate for 1 hour. In
medium skillet cook beef until no longer pink. Drain. Add seasoning
and tomato sauce, cook for 5 minutes. Cool completely. Spread over
cream cheese layer. Refrigerate. Just before serving layer other
toppings.
