In a small mixing bowl beat cream cheese and cumin until smooth. Beat in
cheese and cilantro. Spoon into jalapeno halves. Place egg and
cornflake crumbs in separate bowls. Dip filling side in egg and then
crumbs. Crumb side up on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 25-30
minutes or until golden brown.
