Saute mushrooms in butter with onion until no liquid remains. Chop mushrooms and ham together. Add bread crumbs and vermouth...mix well...Add salt and pepper to taste. Preheat oven to 375 ..Sprinkle cutlets with salt and pepper. Saute cutlets in small amount of oil until light brown on both sides. Transfer cutlets to a baking dish ..Cover cutlets with mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese...Bake 10-15 min
