Butterfly and devein shrimp. In pan melt butter, add garlic, stir in 1 tbl flour, add milk, cook and stir till thick and bubbly...remove from heat. add crab, bread crumbs, worchestershire, salt and pepper. Press mixture into shrimp and pack firmly. place on tray and chill 1 hour. In pan heat 2 inches of oil...Stir together 1 C flour, sugar and salt..Mix egg, ice water and oil. Stir into dry ingredients...Keep batter cool by placing in the bowl of ice water...Pat shrimp dry. Dip in batter and fry.
