6 eggs, hard boiled, whites and yolks seperated
|

1/2 stick butter
|
|
1 1/2 T. flour
|
|
Approx 2 c. milk
|
|
4 pieces of toast
|
|
salt and pepper
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Melt butter in pot, stir in flour, salt and pepper.
|
|
|
Stir in milk and stir until thick.
Chop egg whites and add to milk mixture.
|
|
|
In seperate bowl mash yolks.
|
|
|
Pour milk gravy and egg white mixture over toast and sprinkle with yolks.
