Combine butter, pecans and flour.
Press into 13x9 pan and bake at 375 for 15 min.
Chill
|
|
|
Cream; cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and 1/2 cool whip.
Pour over chilled crust.

|
|
Make pudding according to package directions and spread over cream cheese mixture.
|
|
|
Top with remaining cool whip and sprinkle with pecans.
