1 c. veg. oil
|
|
1 c. sugar
|
|
2 sticks margarine or butter
|
|
2 eggs
|
|
5 c. flour
|
|
1 t. cream of tartar
|
|
1 t. salt
|

1 t. baking soda
|

1 t. vanilla
|

|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Cream together oil, sugar, margarine, eggs and vanilla.
|
|
|
Combine dry ingredients in seperate bowl, mix well.
Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture.
|
|
|
Drop on GREASED cookie sheet.
Dip the bottom of a glass in water then sugar and smooth down cookie tops.
|
|
|
Bake at 350 for 10 min.
(until edges brown slightly. Do not overcook!)
