Combine flour eggs and salt.
Work with hands, adding up to 2 T. water (if needed) to bring to a consistency that is rollable.
Kneed until smooth.
Cover and let sit for 30 min.
Divide dough into 4 pieces.
Roll out on floured surface until 1/4 inch thick.
Let sit for another 30 min.
Stack the 4 layers, flouring between each one.
Roll into log and cut in 1/4 inch sticks and separate.
Let sit for 1 hour.
Boil until soft.
