Grill poblano peppers till blackened and skin seperates. Cool
peppers. Peel blackened skin from peppers. Slit opening on one side
and remove seeds.

|
Grill fajita meat. Slice into thin fajita slices.
|
|
|
Stuff peppers ith green chile rice, chicken and cheese. Put in 350
degree oven till cheese melts.
|
|
|
Top with creamy tomatillo sauce.
