1 can red salmon, take bones out

1 can creamed corn
|
|
2 eggs, lightly beaten
|
|
1/2 onion, diced small
|
|
1/2 cup half & half
|
|
8-12 saltine crackers broken up
|
|
Mix all together, season with salt, pepper and a little
|
|
Lawry's Season Salt. Bake at 350 until done/dry.

Pimento Sauce
|
|
make a medim white sauce with butter
|
|
add a small jar diced pimentos
|
|
season with salt, pepper and paprika
|
|
Serve over slices of Salmon Loaf
