Farmer Steve has help us raise our steer for almost a decade now. He doesn't belive in seasoning the meat, he claims it hides the falvor of the beef. I tend to agree.

Defrost a pound of farm ground beef. Fire up your grill. While the grill is getting hot, mix a beaten egg with your ground beef. Shape into four patties.
Place your burgers on the grill and allow to cook for about four min. Don't try to move the burger too soon, it will stick to the grill. Flip the burger and cook the other side for about 4min.

Now you have a Farmer Steve burger, place it on a bun, or between two slices of dark rye and enjoy.
