2 cans stewed tomatoes

2 cans chili beans
|

1 can rotel tomatoes

1 can corn

4-5 tbsp chili powder

3 lb ground beef
|

1 onion, diced
|

2 stalks celery, diced
|
|
1 large block Velveeta Cheese
|

Instructions |

|
Sauté onions and celery. Add ground beef and brown. Add chili powder
|

Dump entire can stewed tomotoes, chili beans, rotel tomatoes, and corn juice and all into the
pot. Bring to a boil.

|
Reduce heat and add chunked Velveeta. Simmer until cheese is melted. DO NOT BOIL or
cheese will curldle.
