12 Tomatoes, zucchini, pota toes, peppers

1 1/2 lbs lean hamburger

|
1 c. rice
|
|
1 1/2 tsp. salt
|
|
1/2 cup water for bottom of baking pan
|
|
Chop & cook in olive oil the following-
|
|
1/2 bunch parsley
|
|
2 cloves garlic
|
|
1/2 tsp. mint
|
|
|
|
2 large onions chopped
|
|
pulp from inside of vegetables (chopped)
|
|
