Fill cooking pan with 1 cup of water and bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium flame. Add asparagus to pan and place lid on pan for about 3 to 5 mins.
Drain water from pan and increase flame to high, then add oil, garlic and rosemary to pan. Let cook for 3 mins and reduce flame back to a medium/low flame. Add orange juice and let simmer for 3 to 5 mins.
Add salt and pepper. Stir to coat evenly and serve.
