1 1/2 lb lean pork-cut in to pieces

1 or 2 cans pineapple chucks (2 cups)

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 tbs cornstarch
|

1/4 cup vinegar
|

2-3 tbs soy sauce
|
|
1/2 tsp salt
|
|
1 green pepper
|
|
1/2 thin sliced onion

Instructions |
|
|
brown pork, add 1/2 cup water-cover and simmer 1hr.-not boil
|
|
|
drain juice off pineapple and mix syrup with sugar,cornstarch. add everything but fruit and veggies.

|
|
add liquid to pork-cook and stir constanty till thick. add fruit and veggies.
|
|
|
cook 2-3 min more.
