Brown ground beef. When browned, mix with one jar of prepared spaghetti sauce, plus about a third to a half jar of water. Cook pasta according to al dente instructions.

When pasta is cooked, mix it with the sauce mixture.

In a 3 liter baking casserole (I have a 3 L Corning that will fill to the top), put a layer of pasta mix and then spread the sour cream. Add a layer of pasta mix and spread the ricotta cheese. Add the remaining pasta mix and cover with the shredded mozzarella cheese, grated parmesan (optional) and some green olives (optional).

Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. This may be prepared ahead and kept in the refrigerator. If refrigerated, it may take a little longer to bake.
