Boil chicken breasts, cool and shred.
Cook vermecelli in the same liquid as the chicken breasts. Also add 1 can Swansons chicken broth.
Saute the onion in the stick of butter.
When the vermecelli is tender drain and mix all ingredients together.
Place in a casserole dish and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes. If you like crunch add 1 can sliced water chestnuts.

Serve with a green salad and cuban bread and you have a meal.
