Cook broccoli in stock with onion until soft. Place
in blender to blend, leaving a few pieces of
broccoli.
Make a paste of butter and flour. Cook 3 min.
stirring constantly. Add broccoli stock to butter
and flour mixture. Thin with half and half.
Garnish with parsley, paprika, and croutons.
Serving

Serve with bread and salad.
