In a small saucepan, combine the bbq sauce, vinegar, horseradish, and wine. Blend well and bring to a low boil. Continue cooking, stirring frequently until thickened, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove from the heat. Coat chicken with the sauce and grill until the juices run clear, basting with the remaining sauce.
