Heat oven to 350 degrees. Heat oil in small pan to soften tortillas. Dip them or turn to coat both sides. Set aside
Mix chicken, chilies, and cream cheese in saucepan until heated through. Put chicken mixture in tortillas. Roll; place in casserole cish. Pour green sauce over enchiladas and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 30 mins or until bubbly. Makes 24 enchiladas.
