Pahle mutton dahi,tomato,ginger-garlic paste,lar mirch pwd,haldi & namak laga kar marinate kar lena..
then cooker me oil daal kar kata pyanz light brown hone tak fry kar lena.. uske baad marinated mutton usme daal dena.
jab mutton taiyaar ho jaye to usko alag rakh lena..mutton ki gravy thik rakhna..i mean makha-makha type.
ab chawal ko dho kar pani nikal dena.. & ek kadhai me oil & khada garam masala & barik kata pyanz(1 medium size) daal kar thoda fry kar le..ab chawal daal kar wapar thoda fry kar lena..
abhi ek cooker me ek layer chawal & ek layer mutton daal kar pani daal dena( 2 cup chawal me mein 3 cup pani daalti hoon..so wo tu apne andaaz se pani daal lena) last me kewda essence ki 10-12 drops daal 1-2 seeti bas.
