pre-heat oven to 300 degrees. have all ingredients at room tempature. cream cream cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy,add sugar and continue mixing until light and fluffy.
mix flour and salt and set aside. alternately add eggs and flour,creaming well after each addition egg and flour (be sure to end with flour)
add all three flavorings and apricot nectar.stir to mix well. spoon batter into a greased and floured tube pan and bake for 1 hr. and 45 min.
