1T red wine vinegar

1/2 t jalapeno pepper sauce - green

1 long cucumber, guartered, sliced 1/4in thick

1 sm yellow bell pepper cut into 1/2in chunks

1/4c chopped red onion

1/4c chopped cilantro

Instructions |
|
|
Whisk juice, oil, vinegar, sale and pepper sauce together. Add vegetables. Refrigerate one hour, stirring often. Stir in cilantro just before serving.
