2 tbs of sugar and 2 tbs white wine or apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 of tsp of pepper
Instructions
For Almonds- place almonds in small skillet. Sprinkle with sugar.
Heat over medium heat until sugar melts and almonds brown. Pour
onto foil and let cool.
For salad- combine lettuce, green onions, oranges, avocados,
apple, cranberries, and bleu cheese in large bowl and mix well.
For dressing- combine the oil,parsley, sugar, vinegar, salt&pepper
in jar with tight fitting lid and mix or shake to combine thoroughly.
To assemble, pour dressing over salad and toss to coat. Top with
almonds.

Suggestions
To turn this into a one-dish meal, add 4 sliced grilled chicken breasts.
