Marinade for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator. Can be done a
day ahead.
Preheat the oven at 425 degrees.
Take each marinated chicken piece and coat it with flour on all
sides. Place it on a lightly greased baking pan, skin side down.
Bake for about 25 minutes or until a nice crust has formed, and then turn the chicken over,
being careful not to tear the crusted side of the chicken. Bake for another 15 minutes or
until done.
