1 1/2 boxes Stuff Shell's (i cook more incase some shell's are broken}
2C Ricotta Cheese
4C Shreaded Mozzeralla Cheese
1 Egg
Pinch Salt
Marinara Sauce
Mixing bowl
3qt Casserol Dish
Lattal
Instructions
While cooking Shell's and warming your Meranera sauce
.Get mixing bowl add 2C Ricotta Cheese,1 1/2C Shreaded Mozzeralla,1 egg mix ingrediants together then add a pinch of salt(optional).Sprinkle a few dashes of basil mixing it all in bowl.set aside until shell's are ready.
.Preheat oven to 350
use lattel to poor small amount of sauce on bottom of casserol dish
5.stuff shell's with the mixture using a tsp you can gradualy add more to shell if needed.Continue until pan is full.then add more sauce over the finished shell's placing it in the oven for 20mins covered.
6.Take out of oven uncovering and adding the rest of the Shreaded Mozzeralla cook for another 10 minutes (uncoverd) or until cheese is melted and hot.
7.Serve with Merinera sauce on side you can add what you like for taste
