Heat a stovetop grill or large skillet until very hot. Place the cheese on the grill in 4 rounds and heat until melted. When the cheese has melted, blot with paper towels to absorb the excess fat. Fold each round over to form a half-moon shape.
Place the cheese in the tortillas, top with the sauce and fold the tortillas over.
