Cook veggies in skillet til cooked through. Put to side on low heat

Cook rice according to package. Add to large skillet with Pam and garlic. Mix onion and green onion with veggies and increase heat slightly for 5 mins and add to rice.

|
Cook egg in pan used for veggies and add to rice. Salt and pepper to taste
|
|
|
Add 1 tbsp ginger and cook additional 5-10 mins.
