Cut chicken into strips and brown in a skillet in olive oil. Once fully cooked, cut into very small pieces (smaller than bitesize but not chopped with a chopper)Spread these pieces in the bottom of a 13 X 9 baking dish. This layer should be about 1/2 inch thick. Pour enough buffalo sauce and mix with the chicken so that all the chicken is coated - spread the chicken evenly in the bottom of the pan again.

|
Mix one container of sour cream with about 1/2 a packet of the dry ranch mix. (best to taste for your own liking and how strong you want the Ranch flavor). Once mixed - spread over the layer of chicken. Put a thin layer of the shredded cheddar on top.

|
Mix the second container of sour cream with 3/4 of the bottle of bleu cheese dressing (again- flavor to suit your taste). Spread on top of the cheese layer. Drizzle a little buffalo sauce on this layer then top with another layer of shredded cheese (colby jack)

Set oven to broil and put in for 30 minutes.
this can be eaten hot with crackers, served on top of baked potato but is just as delicious served cold if you refrigerate and serve later.
