Cook macaroni until almost tender
Drain macaroni and rinse with cold water until cool.
Shake macaroni until it is dry and then spread it evenly on a clean dishcloth and roll to dry. This takes a few minutes
Toss dried macaroni with sauce made from vinegar, mayonnaise, miracle whip, mustard and black pepper.
Gently fold in eggs and onions. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
The key to this is to dry your macaroni. It makes a world of difference.
