Mix all ingredients for dough together, divide dough in half. Roll out both portions to fit dish. Put one portion of dough in bottom of dish. Add fruit; place other half of dough on top.
Bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350; bake 10 minutes.
If fruit is think and has little juice, add small portions of water for desired consistency.
