Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain. Rinse with cold water and drain again. In a large bowl, combine macaroni, cheese, salami, zucchini, onion, red pepper, olives and Parmesan cheese.
Dressing- in a screw-top jar combine olive oil, vinegar, water mustard, oregano, basil and garlic. cover and shake well. Pour dressing over pasta mixture and toss lightly to coat. Cover and chill 4 hours or overnight. To serve, add tomato wedges and toss lightly.
