Beat together all remaining ingredients until smooth. Gently fold in egg whites.
bottom of each aebleskiver pan cup and heat on stove until hot. Pour batter into pan cut, about 2/3 cups full. As soon as they get bubbly around the edge, turn until golden. A fork works well to do this. Continue cooking; turning ball to keep it from burning.
Note- You will need an aebleskiver pan to cook these properly.
