3/4 oz baked, not fried, chips (Guiltless Gourmet)
2 oz kidney beans, drained
3 tbls salsa
1/4 oz Healthy choice cheddar
2 tbsp not fat yogurt
1 tsp taco seasoning
Instructions
Put beans and salsa in blender. Pulse on and off, not quite pureed. Put in Micro safe custard cup. Stire in cheese, micro until heated thru. Mix yogurt with taco seasoning.
Spread over bean mixture. Serve with chips.
Very good.
Chips- 1 bread
cheese - 1/3 protein,
beans - 1 protein or 1 bread
