Cook broccoli pouch as directed on package; drain. Cool
Cook pasta shells to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; cover with cold water to cool.
In medium bowl, combine cooked broccoli, salmon, tomatoes and onions. Add salad dressing, mayonnaise and parsley; stir gently to coat.
Drain water from cooked pasta shells. Spoon about 1/4 cup salmon mixture into each shell. Line 4 individual plates with lettuce. Arrange stufed shells over lattuce.
