4 salmon fillets (4-6 oz each)

1 mango, peeled, pitted and chopped (1 cup)

1 small jalapeno chili, seeded and finely chopped

1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

Instructions |

Prepare Mango Relish
|

Heat coals or gas grill.
|

Cover and grill fish 4 inches from medium heat 10-15 minutes, turning once, until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve with relish.
