1 lg. bag of potatoes O' Brien ( Regular hashbrowns would work too)
1/2 c. cream cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
Ham, sausage , bacon or hamburger optional. ( 1 cup )
1/2 stick of butter
salt and pepper to taste.
1/2 c. onion ( optional)
Instructions
Fry meat of choice. If not using meat, start with melting butter on bottom of casserole dish. Pour half the bag of hashbrowns down.
In mixing bowl, pour soup, milk, cream cheese and onion. Mix well together.
pour half the mixture over hashbrowns ( and meat , if adding) sprinkle with half the cheese.
pour rest of hashbrowns in casserole dish , along with other half of the mixture n meat, sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. Bake @ 400 degrees. 20 min.
