In a large bowl combine chicken, sprouts, and green onions. Set aside. In a screw-top jar combine soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and sesame oil. Cover and shake well. Pour dressing over chicken mixture; toss well. Chill
To serve, line each pita with lettuce leaf; spoon in about 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture.
