If using fresh peaches, immerse them in a pot of boiling water and blanch until their skins start to split, about 1 minute. Immediately drain the peaches and cool them under cold running water. Peel off the skins and slice.
Place the peaches, raspberries, milk, lemon juice, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon in a blender. Process until smooth, 20-30 seconds.
Pour the shake into four glasses and top each one with 1 tsp of the wheat germ.
Variation- Peach-Berry Smoothie
Use another type of berry, such as strawberries, blueberries, or blackberries. Substitute 3/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt for the skim milk.
