PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
In a sauce pan wilt the Spinach.
Drain the juices that were extracted from the Spinach.
After draining chop Spinach to size of choice
Dice the Artachok Bottoms and warm
In another sauce pan warm the Cream Cheese, till soft.
Mix in the Spinach, Artachoks, Salt, Pepper, and 1 tbsp Parmersan.
Transfer to an oven safe baking dish.
Sprinkle the last 2 tbsp of Parmersan over the dip.
Bake at 350degrees for 8 Minutes, then turn off oven and let the
dip set in the oven, take out after 10 minutes for best result!
Spread on Cracker or Bread and Enjoy!
